Terms of Service
Last updated August 1, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of My Briefing (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
My Briefing is operated at www.mybriefing.us and is a Pragvance.ai company. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean My Briefing and its parent company, Pragvance.ai.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Accounts are for individual use; please do not share your login.
3. Subscription and billing
My Briefing is offered as a paid subscription at $30 per month. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store your full card details. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from the billing area in the app. Cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any applicable law or infringe anyone else's rights;
- upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service;
- gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems;
- resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the tasks, notes, reflections, recordings and other content you put into My Briefing. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you so the Service can work — including sending voice recordings to our transcription provider so they can be turned into text.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep My Briefing available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we make a material change to these terms we will let you know in the app or by email.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Briefing is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end an account that violates these terms or that we are legally required to restrict.
